I am so sorry to hear of Allan's passing. Allan and I were on the wrestling team together all through high school and I have many fond memories of those times. He and I were co-captains of the team our senior year. There were many times during those years that winning a meet came down to how Allan did as the last wrestler and he often scored the points needed for us to win the match. For me, those are great high school memories!

Like, Pete, I also remember how many meets were decided by his performance. He was a gentle giant and his broad shoulders often carried the team. I too, was saddened by his passsing.
